This 2,800 square metre cultural centre was commissioned by Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The three-story facility includes exhibition spaces in the basement, retail shops on the ground floor, and restaurants on the upper level. Initially designed in Japan by Masamichi Katayama of Wonderwall, the project had seen little progress over two years. Our team joined midway through to take over project management and develop the detailed design. We also recommended a construction contractor. Thanks to this coordinated effort, the project was successfully completed just 10 months after our involvement began.
