Situated on the top floor of a former department store, this new-build restaurant spans approximately 1,700 square metres (about 18,000 square feet), with a total construction cost of around £4 million and seating for about 300 guests. The project was for the Hong Kong-based restaurant group Aqua, with interior design by Yasumichi Morita’s “Glamorous”. We provided architectural consulting services for the project.
