18000 sqf Restaurant seating more than 300 people with construction costs of £6 million. In this project we supported the conceptual design by Yasumichi Morita of Glamorous. Aqua is divided into two areas a Japanese restaurant and Spanish Tapas bar, with two kitchens, six bars and sushi counters.
